Flat Files

Flat Files is based on a model created in 1995, with the same name, by the New York gallery Pierogi, with the aim of providing more diverse audiences with easy access to original works on paper by contemporary artists. The works are stored in the drawers of the flat files and can be seen by the public. Since then, the general public, curators, collectors, critics, and art dealers have put on white gloves to see these works on planeros.

In the planners, the folders of each artist contain between 6 and 15 works on paper from the same series. Visitors can consult the works during opening hours or by making an appointment. The Flat Files also serve as a resource for curators for exhibitions, inside and outside the ATC Gallery.

We have works on paper available by international and national contemporary artists: Siro Cugusi (Italy, 1980), Marta Beltrán (Granada, 1977), Ofir Dor (Israel, 1972), Karina Beltrán (Tenerife, 1968), Tamrat Gezahegne (Ethiopia, 1977), Elad Larom (Israel, 1976), Héctor Mar (Tenerife), César Schofield Cardoso (Cape Verde, 1973), Javier Corzo (Tenerife), Mulugeta Tafesse (Ethiopia, 1960) and Nacho Tusquets (Barcelona, 1983), among others.
